Global Warming Plan B

I was driving up last night for the music team meeting and was listening to WBUR as usual. They had a great piece on Marketplace called Plan B. What happens if our response to global warming turns out to be inadequate and we end up with more and more melting of glaciers? Where does the extra water go? Here's some really cool out of the box thinking.
