The Joy Diet

I got the audio version of the book The Joy Diet by Martha Beck last week. The book is not about dieting; it's about bringing more joy into your life. I cannot recommend it enough (Reviewers on Amazon.com love it as well). I have listened to the first 2 CDs now and am trying to implement some of the ideas. The first few steps are very Buddhist, basically to get to know yourself by regular meditation. I do want to meditate regularly and I am taking this book as the catalyst to start my practice.
