Another Great Quote

This one is from Viktor E. Frankl's outstanding book, "Man’s Search for Meaning":

Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.

I first came across this in "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". It also ties in perfectly with "The Wisdom of Yoga" book I wrote about earlier today.
