Giving Away Kindle?

Here's my prediction: Amazon.com will start giving away the Kindle for free in the near future. The book-reader is a big hit. They have already reduced the price from $399 to $359. It's the old cellphone business model: give away cellphones and make money on service charges. As the Kindle prices come down more, it's going to lead to more book sales in a positive-feedback loop. I want to spend no more than $50, but I will probably end up buying more books than I do right now. Amazon.com, are you listening?
